  The testing of gas emissions from diesel engines is undertaken mostly for underground mines and civil tunnelling contractors. By special arrangement, testing can be performed for any purpose and on diesel, petrol or LPG engines. Our portable equipment means we can easily come to your site. If required, the equipment can be mobile with the machine being tested.

Purpose built training units are available for mine inductions, and our staff can periodically come to site and clean and reassemble these after routine inductions. |

Spontaneous combustion assesments |

 Decades of testing and research work enable us to accuratey predict the potential for spontaneous combustion of coal. Realistic time predictions can now be achieved by combining physical tests with computer modelling. The final predictions considers for variables such as layer thickness, prevailing temperatures and coal quality.
Useful to operating mines, shipping companies, Export ports and end-users.
Physical testing can include gas analysis to help underground mines analyse the state of a heating. |
